1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck3666 ("ck3666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available at ck3666.app and any associated subdomains or applications.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot reel, joining a live casino table, or using any other feature of the ck3666 platform, you confirm that:

3 Account Registration & Management

Account Accuracy

You are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password during the registration process. All information must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active ck3666 account. If ck3666 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck3666 login credentials. Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in your account cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except in cases where the original payment method is no longer active, in which case additional verification will be required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are targeted for same-day processing. Requests submitted after midnight may be processed the following business day.
• ck3666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be held pending verification until all required documents have been received and reviewed.
• ck3666 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirement met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wagering Requirements

ck3666 runs seasonal and event-based promotions tied to key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and BPL cricket season. Promotional offers are published on the platform and are valid for the duration stated in each offer's specific terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

7 Prohibited Conduct

ck3666 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting any promotional offer.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ck3666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to those described in Section 7 above, failed KYC verification, or extended account inactivity.

Player-Initiated Closure

Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (not derived from unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

Self-Exclusion

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ck3666 for cause — all bonus balances, free credits, pending bonus rewards, and unsatisfied wagering requirements will be voided and forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the resolution of any outstanding investigation will be returned in accordance with ck3666's standard withdrawal process, unless forfeiture has been determined as a consequence of a Terms breach.
